Find how much you have
Sign in as a Company Admin. Viewing all company leads takes that role. Sales Managers, Office Admins and Regional Managers only see the reps, offices or regions they oversee, so their counts come up short.
Open Your Roles > Sales Company > Leads for your lead count. In Enerflo a lead is one site address with its contacts.
For installs, open the Install Tracker (installers: Your Roles > EPC > Install Tracker). A deal reaches the tracker when its contract hits the trigger in your EPC Agreement Settings, so deals that never got a contract are not counted here.
To count rows, build a saved report. In the Install Tracker choose Columns, pick what you need, click the save icon, name the report and save it. Reopen it later from Select Report. Enerflo says a report usually allows about 1,300 to 1,500 lines, and sometimes fewer depending on who pulls it, so split by date if you hit the cap.
For an exact count across everything, a developer can page through the Installs call (GET /api/v3/installs) with your company API key, filtering on created_at to slice by year. A super admin finds the key under Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Settings, in the API Key box.
To confirm when your records start, find the oldest lead or install, open the deal, click the three dots, choose Deal Details and open the History tab. It shows a timestamped log, including when the proposal was created.
What to put on your intake
Your intake has five boxes for each system. Here is what goes in each one for Enerflo.
- What does it hold?
- Solar leads, deals (each bundles the consumption profile, design, proposal, financing and install agreement) and installs tracked through milestones, change orders, tasks and notes.
- Data types
- Structured records and Text. Add Image only if you know the files uploaded to installs include photos.
- How big is it?
- Projects, meaning installs on your tracker. If you can only count deals or leads, report that number and name the unit in your notes.
- Verified or estimated
- Verified if the number came from a saved report or the API. Estimated if you extrapolated from a filtered screen.
- Records start
- The date of your oldest lead or install, confirmed on the deal's History tab. If you have used Enerflo since its first version in 2019, ask Enerflo whether older records are still reachable from your account.
Exporting the full history
If a buyer licenses your records, this is how the full history comes out of Enerflo.
Nothing is pulled until a buyer licenses the data and the scope is agreed: which records, which dates, and which fields.
A super admin retrieves the company API key from Your Roles > Sales Company > Company Settings. It is a full-permission key, so keep it with your own admin or developer instead of passing it around. Enerflo Support can decommission or change it if it leaks.
Pull installs with GET https://enerflo.io/api/v3/installs, sending the key in an api-key header. Use per_page and page to paginate, and filter on fields such as created_at and status_name to cut the history into date slices. Smaller pages are safer, because very large responses fail.
Pull customers and leads through the 1.0 REST API (customers: GET /api/v1/customers, up to 100 per page). Activity from before a deal is signed lives in the 2.0 GraphQL API, which uses a different key and bearer-token authentication.
Stay under 300 requests a minute for each key. Go over and Enerflo answers with HTTP 429 and a retry-after header.
If you have already built a view you like in the Install Tracker, the installs call can run it by report_id, which overrides the pagination and filter settings. Files are de-identified before they go to a buyer.
We only ask for an export after you sign a license and agree the scope. Sizing your data for the intake never needs one.
Limits to know
- Installs only appear on the Install Tracker once the contract reaches the trigger in your EPC Agreement Settings: signed by customer, approved by admin, or processed by admin. Earlier-stage deals are not in your install count.
- Enerflo has two generations. Legacy (V1) launched in 2019, and Enerflo says that as of 2025 all deals run on V2, while leads and the Install Tracker still sit on the V1 side. Its docs don't say how deals from before the switch were carried over, so ask Enerflo if you need that history.
- There are two APIs with two keys. The 1.0 REST API covers leads and everything after signing, and the 2.0 GraphQL API covers deals before signing. Enerflo's standard support answers general questions and logs API bugs, and deeper implementation help is paid.
- Enerflo's public API reference leaves the response schema for installs and customers blank. The installs call's filter options do name fields such as system size, price per watt, dealer fees, lender, loan term and APR, equipment, milestones and status, but ask Enerflo for a sample response before the scope lists fields.
- Reports have a line cap of about 1,300 to 1,500 lines. A larger report fails to export, so split it into several smaller ones.
- Deleting a lead is permanent and cannot be reversed, and Enerflo Support cannot delete leads for you. Deleted leads can't be counted or exported.
- Visibility follows role. A deal belongs to the role it was assigned under, so someone with several roles can miss deals that sit under another role.
This guide isn't legal advice. Check your contracts, and any recording-consent rules that apply, with your own lawyer.
Why buyers value it
Enerflo sits where the sale happens. A lead becomes a deal with a design, a proposal, a financing option and an install agreement, and the deal becomes an install tracked through milestones and change orders. Because one system holds the pitch and what followed, a buyer can follow a customer from the first appointment through the contract to the install.
Change orders, adders and financing choices are decision-and-outcome pairs that are hard to get elsewhere. A multi-year history shows how pricing, financing mix and sales results moved as the market did.
What stays private
Names, site addresses, phone numbers and emails come out before delivery, along with uploaded utility bills and the names and contact details of the sales reps and setters on a deal. Financing applications and credit checks are excluded by default. Enerflo's current version runs a soft credit pull for prequalification, and that data stays out.
Signed install agreements and uploaded files are left out of scope unless the scope says otherwise. Lenders' own rate sheets and product documents belong to the lenders, so we treat them as third-party. What you license is your own lead, deal and install records.
