For buyers
Operating records from real companies, reviewed before they reach you.
We act only for sellers: operating companies in any industry, whether a software firm, an MSP, an insurance agency, a freight broker or a contractor, that want to license their history. You get records with years of continuity and known outcomes, with the rights questions raised up front and identifiers removed before delivery.

What you get when we represent the seller.
Operating records are only useful if you can trust where they came from and what you're allowed to do with them. That is most of our work.
Vetted sellers
We review every intake before anything goes to buyers, and ask follow-up questions when the numbers or the rights don't add up.
Years of continuous history
Companies with several years of unbroken records. Each package states volumes and years for every type of record it contains.
Records linked to outcomes
Tickets, cases, deals and jobs that connect to what happened next: resolved or escalated, won or lost, shipped or rolled back.
Rights raised up front
Sellers answer questions on ownership, customer contracts, client confidentiality, regulated data, NDAs and call-recording consent before a package is offered, and we flag the gaps. Your counsel still makes the final call. This is not legal advice.
De-identified before delivery
Customer, client and employee identifiers are removed before delivery under the license. HR, financing, screening and health records are excluded by default, and income tax return information is never offered.
Exclusive and non-exclusive
Sellers set which structures they'll accept: exclusive, time-bound exclusive, field of use or non-exclusive. Your bid says what you want and what you'll pay for it.
Many industries, one consistent process.
The mix of records changes from one industry to the next. The intake, the anonymization and the privacy rules do not. Ask for any industry, including ones not listed here.

How it works for buyers.
Five steps from first request to delivery. The seller sees every bid, and nothing moves until a license is signed.
- 1
Send a request
Tell us who you are and what you're building, using the form below.
- 2
Qualification and NDA
We check who you are and how you'd use the records. If it's a fit, we send an NDA before you see anything.
- 3
Anonymized teasers
You see teasers for packages that match your interests: sector, region, years of history and volumes. No seller names, websites, people or addresses.
- 4
Bid in rounds
Tell us what you'd pay and on what terms: license type, term and payment. Sellers can rule out competitors and uses before bidding opens, so some packages won't be offered to every buyer. Rounds give you a chance to improve an offer.
- 5
License and delivery
The winning bid becomes a license that defines exactly what moves, for what use and for how long. Identifiers come out before delivery, and we don't take custody of the raw data in between.
What we ask of every buyer.
Sellers are handing over records that describe real customers, clients and employees. The terms below are how we keep those people out of it.
Before you see anything
- A signed NDA. Teasers and everything after them are confidential.
- A qualification check. Who you are, what you're building and how you'd use licensed records.
Use restrictions in every license
No re-identification
You won't try to work out who a person, or which seller, is behind a record.
No contacting sellers' customers
Nobody named or implied in the records gets contacted by you or on your behalf.
No voice cloning
Call audio and transcripts can't be used to clone or synthesize anyone's voice.
No marketing to the people or businesses in the records
Nothing in the records is used to market or advertise to the customers, clients or consumers it describes.
These are the headline terms, not the license itself. The signed license controls. Sellers can add more, such as blocking named competitors or limiting a field of use. This page is not legal advice.
Request access and we'll qualify you.
Tell us who you are and which records you're after. We review each request before sharing anything.
What happens next
- 1We read your request and may reply with a question or two.
- 2If it's a fit, we send an NDA.
- 3Once it's signed, you see anonymized teasers for packages that match.
